Improvements in hot line OK'd by US-Soviet team

American and Soviet negotiators approved an agreement Tuesday to upgrade the hot line between Washington and Moscow. American officials have said the teletype will be replaced with high-speed printers able to transmit almost instantaneously long texts, maps, charts, and photographs.
