Yugoslav Cabinet gets biggest postwar shuffle

Prime Minister Milka Planinc announced nine new Cabinet ministers Tuesday in Yugoslavia's biggest government shuffle since the end of World War II. At the same time, a new nine-man slate was sworn in to the collective state presidency to help lead the country over the next decade.

Ms. Planinc won parliamentary support Monday to stay in office for two more years.
