US says it doubts Soviets will come to Olympics . . .

The Soviet Union's statement that it will not take part in the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles does not appear to leave any room for a change of heart, White House spokesman Larry Speakes said Wednesday. Other administration officials, speaking privately, said they agreed.

In Paris, the Soviet ambassador to France, Yuli Vorontsov, told reporters that the Soviet walkout from the Los Angeles Olympic Games was ''definite and irreversible.''
