Bush scrubs European trip to guide Lebanon review

Vice-President George Bush, at the request of President Reagan, has delayed a three-country European trip until at least Friday to coordinate an administration review of the crisis in Lebanon.

Mr. Bush had been scheduled to leave Washington for Luxembourg yesterday morning as part of a five-day trip that would also take him to Bonn, Munich, and London.
