In the Nov. 18 article on AT&T stock appearing on this page, the ratio of old stock to new stock was given incorrectly. The correct formula: For every 10 shares of the old AT&T stock, shareholders will receive one share of each of the seven regional phone companies and retain 10 shares of the post-divestiture AT&T stock.
