Reagan holds summit with Mexican President

President Reagan met with Mexican President Miguel de la Madrid Hurtado in this seaside resort for talks on Central American tensions and Mexico's economic problems. Reagan, who has been courting the Hispanic vote, announced Saturday a new study aimed at helping US border states hit hard by the devaluation of the Mexican peso.
