2 arrested in connection with securities firm failure

Two executives of the defunct Drysdale Government Securities Corporation, whose collapse almost panicked Wall Street last year, were arrested. They were charged with stealing nearly $300 million from two major New York banks - Chase Manhattan and Manufacturers Hanover. The charges against Joseph Ossario and David Heuwetter stem from the firm's collapse.
