The space shuttle is making space flight so routine that a NASA committee says it is time for the agency to start planning to carry reporters and educators into orbit to tell the public what it's really like. The task force said people with only minimal training - about 100 hours over two months - can be shuttle passengers starting in the mid-1980s.
