Norway fires 12 more missiles at foreign sub

Norwegian frigates Sunday fired 12 missiles and a depth charge at a suspected foreign submarine believed to be lurking at the mouth of Hardangerfjord, the naval command reported.

It said an oil slick was seen earlier in the day in the same area, but spokesmen could not confirm a submarine had been hit. Norwegian frigates fired 10 rockets and a depth charge on Saturday.
