Kampuchean guerrillas plan to regain initiative

Kampuchean resistance groups, battered by a fierce Vietnamese offensive, plan to regain the initiative during the rainy season starting this month. The guerrilla coalition, recognized by the United Nations, hopes to retake strongholds lost in the Vietnamese offensive early last month.
