Keeping the Falkland Islands by military force is an untenable policy. That is the verdict expected next month from a powerful British parliamentary committee, The Times (London) said. The House of Commons Select Committee on Foreign Affairs is believed to have concluded that the policy could have adverse foreign-policy effects and to have suggested a lease-back arrangement with Argentina, the newspaper said.
