''I love America,'' Gina Strickland shouted as she arrived in Houston. She and her fiance, Berni Hofstadter, were freed after four months in Cuban prisons. They said they were accused of spying after their troubled plane was forced to make an emergency landing in Cuba. They flew back Monday with Rep. Mickey Leland (D) of Texas, who has personal ties with Cuban leader Fidel Castro.
