China reportedly has supplied Pakistan with important information about the design of nuclear weapons which could help it build atomic bombs without first having a nuclear test. Such assistance should make not only India nervous but also the United States, which seeks stability in the turbulent Asian subcontinent. This is one of the concerns Secretary of State George Shultz will raise with the Chinese leadership during his visit to Peking.
