Arabs plan unity meeting on massacre in Beirut

Arab League sources said Monday Arab foreign ministers would meet in Tunis within 36 hours to work out a common reaction to the massacre of Palestinians in Beirut.

The emergency session of the League Council was requested by the Palestine Liberation Organization, and all the other members agreed to attend except Egypt , which was suspended after signing a peace treaty with Israel in 1979.
