Space Agency weighs unmanned 'freighters'

The space agency may develop a new generation of unmanned reusable rockets to supplement the space shuttle as an orbital transport. A NASA official said the rockets, using solid rocket boosters developed for the space shuttle, might be used to carry large structures or haul fuel and water into orbit in the late 1980s and '90s.
