In New Orleans, the leader of a group accused of plotting to overthrow the government of Dominica pleaded guilty to violating the Neutrality Act. Six other charges will be dropped in a plea-bargaining deal. Nine other dedendants will go on trial June 15. The 10 were charged with plotting to ous t Prime Minister Eugenia Charles.
