Q. One of the problems of a private school is the increasing cost of electricity. I have clipped various articles about wind power for generating electricity. Where can I acquire more information? Mrs. George P. Vlassis Phoenix, Ariz.

A. Consult the telephone Yellow Pages, newspaper and magazine ads, engineering departments of colleges and universities, and federal agencies for windmill electrical generation data. Libraries have shelves of such material ready for the reading.
