Turkish regime holds a third newspaperman

Martial law authorities in Istanbul have datained a third member of the staff of Turkey's mass-circulation Hurriyet (Freedom) newspaper, a spokesman for the paper said. He added that subeditor Taygun Ture was detained after an investigation of a story published two weeks ago about state enterprises planning large price increases. The paper's managing dir ector and news editor also are in custody.
