Transition spokesman to be press secretary

James Brady, spokesman for Ronald Reagan's transition headquarters in Washington, will be the White House press secretary in the incoming administration, sources said. The selection of Mr. Brady ends a lengthy search for a White House spokesman by the President-elect. Mr. Reagan had approached several candidates for the position most observes believe wil l lack some of the prominence it has had in previous years.
