There's plenty of oil available -- despite the Iraq-Iran war. But prices for oil products could go up anyway. Reason: nervousness on world markets. "Spot" cost of a barrel of crude oil has climbed $2.50-$3 in two weeks. Other prices follow: aviation fuel in Europe jumps up 8 cents gallon, home heating oil in US rises 2 1/2 cents a gallon.

Heating oil futures in US have gone up 5 cents a gallon since fighting began -- indicating even more increases ahead unless there is peace soon.m
