About 4.3 million residents took part in Japan's biggest earthquake drill Monday. The exercise, which lasted more than seven hours, involved evacuation, provision of emergency food, and traffic control in Tokyo and nine other cities. Children took refuge in school compounds, while housewives and office workers made thousands of rice balls as emergency food.
