Is the Us looking for expert advice on subjects like terrorism and hostage rescues? Anti-terrorist squads from various countries are said to have congregated at Ft. Bragg, N.C., last month. That's home for the US "Blue Light" counter-terrorist unit.

Among the visitors: 100 members of Britain's elite Special Air Service which successfully stormed the Iranian Embassy in London last May; also, eight men from West Germany's Grenzchutzgruppe-9 anti-terrorist squad which pulled off a daring hostage rescue in Somalia in 1977.
