A jury deliberating since last Thursday declared "deprogrammer" Ted Patrick, two of his aides, and the father and stepmother of Paula Dain innocent Tuesday of conspiring to kidnap the 25-year-old after her conversion to the Church of Scientology. They were accused of abducting Miss Dain and holding her against her will for 38 days while Mr. PAtrick attempted to "deprogram" her of her religious beliefs.
