Saudi Arabia will maintain its stepped-up oil production level of 9.5 million barrels per day until the end of 1980, Foreign Minister Saud al-Faisal said in an interview published Monday. Oil industry analysts believe the action will hamper attempts by the 13-member Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries to again raise prices this fall.
