Begin wins in Knesset but drops with fatigue

Prime Minister Menachem Begin collapsed with fatigue and was rushed to a hospital Monday night just as his government was fighting a successful parliamentary battle for survival. The Israeli leader was overcome while the Knesset (parliament) was dabating a resolution calling for the government to step down and make way for early elections. The prime minister's personal physician, Dr. Marvin Gottesman, told reporters Mr. Begin was overtired.
