Healthcare law challenged by Wisconsin's new governor
The healthcare law has a new detractor in Wisconsin's political circle. The newly inaugurated governor has given Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen the go ahead to join a lawsuit brought by 20 other states challenging the healthcare law.
