After a ruling that struck down parts of Wisconsin's collective-bargaining law, unions are calling to renegotiate contracts. Separately, an appeals court took up the constitutionality of the law Monday.

The healthcare law has a new detractor in Wisconsin's political circle. The newly inaugurated governor has given Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen the go ahead to join a lawsuit brought by 20 other states challenging the healthcare law.
