A Man rides a bicycle through Kabul, which still bears the scars of decades of war. Even after five years of Taliban rule, the destruction of the western part of Kabul remains much the same as it was left by battling factions who fought to control Kabul after the Soviet-backed Najibullah government fell in 1992.
