
Schools across the country are pairing with local food movements to introduce children to healthier, more environmentally friendly lunch fare. At St. Philip's Academy, an Episcopal college-preparatory school for underprivileged children in Newark, N.J., children are eating foods grown in the school garden as well as from local farms.
