Change with pen or web

I am development project management expert from Finland. Having worked in Balkans, Russia and Barents region I am especially interested about western Balkans and Caucasus regions. My special interest is with civil crisis management issues. While working in Balkans and keeping still daily contacts there I saw a huge gap between to level international ideas, statements or programmes and the actions on he ground. I started to send e-mails to political figures, newspapers etc, but rarely got any feedback.

Then I joined to few international internet communities who had similar interests than I and had really good contacts and dialogues. I also started publish few my own blogs and have now got nice amount of regular readers there. So this is my conribution.
