1. The Russian hooky league
A cable titled "Questioning Putin's work ethic" notes "consistent reports" that the Russian Prime Minister "resents or resists the workload he carries." Apparently Putin has "not been on a regular schedule at the Russian White House" and has reportedly been "working from home" on many issues, possibly from his Batcave.
