Baseball Hall of Fame quiz, worthy of any candidate

This is the moment baseball fans have been waiting for, when the Hall of Fame announces whether two of the greatest players in the game’s history – Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens – will be ushered in during their first year of eligibility or some time in the foreseeable future.  Whether voters will give them and other candidates (notably Sammy Sosa) the benefit of the doubt or a cold shoulder, as they have to admitted steroid-using slugger Mark McGwire in recent years, will be signaled by the 2013 results.  Election requires being listed on 75 percent of the ballots cast. Regardless of the outcome, Cooperstown, N.Y., will forever represent the destination of choice for all the game’s greats. Here’s a 20-question quiz to test your knowledge of the famous shrine.
