WWII plane crash: The pilot and a paying passenger died Wednesday when their plane, a vintage WWII P-51 Mustang crashed in Galveston Bay. The passenger, a British citizen, was celebrating his 41st wedding anniversary.
Michael Landsberry, a former National Guardsman who served in Afghanistan, taught math and coached soccer at a Nevada middle school. Landsberry was killed when he tried to stop the middle-school shooter.
