Cain’s Hermanator PAC has only about $2,200 cash on hand after raising $222,000 in 2010. Many of the PAC’s donors include Cain’s business connections, including executives at Hallmark Cards and Whirlpool.

Cain, who spent $75,000 of his own money in an unsuccessful US Senate race, recently told Time that he would self-finance some of the campaign, “But it will not be in the millions, because I don’t have millions to put in.”
