3. Carly Fiorina Dreamin'

This 3-1/2-minute extended metaphor manages to combine farm animals, Doric columns, Monty Python-esque animation, furry fandom, unpronounceable acronyms, and glowing Terminator eyes, all while accusing Carly Fiorina's Senate primary opponent of "literally setting the stage" for California's fiscal problems.

The man responsible for this spot is Fred Davis, the Republican consultant who is also behind Christine O'Donnell's "I'm not a witch" ad, which featured the Delaware Senate candidate denying that she is a witch, while wearing black and standing in front of a plume of blue cascading smoke.
