In her computer
she places succulent sentences,
pungent phrases,
vinegary verbs.

Skip to next paragraph

Blending carefully
she adjusts temperament,
begins reduction.

Word
after word,
phrase
after phrase,
is turned,
tested,
judiciously judged.


When
quality is piquant,
consistency perfect,
she spoons up a poem.
