Need to block a view and can’t wait? Consider annual vines. They’re easy, inexpensive (since you start with a packet of seeds), and fast-growing.

Some to consider are morning glories, moonflower vines, scarlet runner bean (a hummingbird favorite), and hyacinth beans. Soak the seeds overnight in water before planting to hasten and improve germination.
