DWTS pairs celebrities with professional dancers (and choreographers) who perform in front of a panel of the three judges, Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli, and Carrie Ann Inaba. Viewers can vote for their favorite dancing couples. Last season's winner was Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward and professional dancer Kym Johnson.
