Europe Cameron begins tour of EU states to build support for reform

The prime minister has said that he wants Britain to stay in the European Union, if he manages to negotiate a new, looser relationship with the group.

British Prime Minister David Cameron met with the leaders of the Netherlands and France on Thursday, as Mr. Cameron began a whirlwind visit to four European capitals, pressing his case that the UK needs to renegotiate its relationship with the European Union.
