Two decades later, more damage control at Chernobyl
In the months following the April 1986 Chernobyl nuclear disaster, an iron and concrete shelter was hastily constructed to seal in fallout from the blast. More than 20 years later, with the shelter cracking and leaking radiation, plans are in motion to build a giant steel arch that will slide over the site.
