Chelsea Clinton plans to tie the knot with fiance Marc Mezvinsky in the upstate New York village of Rhinebeck on July 31.

That's according to a local resident who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the resident isn't authorized to divulge the information.
The resident says Clinton and Mezvinsky will wed at a private mansion just outside the town about two hours north of New York City.
A spokeswoman for the Clintons declined to comment Thursday.
A local caterer is providing the food, and high school and college students have been hired to help get the grounds into shape.
Chelsea is the daughter of former President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. Mezvinsky is an investment banker in New York.
