Employers add 114,000 jobs in September

Net non-farm payrolls increased adding 114,000 jobs overall with the private non-farm payrolls sub-component adding just 104,000 jobs.

Today‚Äôs Employment Situation Report indicated that in September, net non-farm payrolls increased adding 114,000 jobs overall with the private non-farm payrolls sub-component adding just 104,000 jobs while the civilian unemployment rate declined to 7.8% over the same period.
