4. Healthy Care, Easy Clean, and Close to Me high chairs

The Healthy Care high chair (pictured here) and two other Fisher-Price high chairs are being recalled because of concerns that children can be injured if they fall on them.

Pegs on the rear legs of these three types of high chairs sold since September 2001 can injure children who fall on them. Fourteen incidents were reported.

The recall applies to all Easy Clean and Close to Me High Chairs. Only Healthy Care High Chairs manufactured before December 2006 are included. (The model numbers are: 79638, 79639, 79640, 79641, B0326, B2105, B2875, C4630, C4632, C5936, G4406, G8659, H0796, H1152, H4864, H7241, K2927, and L1912). The model number can be found on the back of seat.
