Five Guys, the metro Washington, D.C., start-up that has expanded to more than 600 locations in 40 states and Canada, is America's No. 1 fast-food burger, according to the Zagat survey. Its well-done patties have gained legions of fans, sometimes very prominent ones. While opinions vary widely about his political judgment, President Obama seems to have a keen sense of the nation's taste buds – the ones that like cooked meat, anyway.
