The Hour of Sunlight by Sami Al Jundi and Jen Marlowe, is the heartbreaking but fascinating memoir of Sami Al Jundi. He tells of his experiences as a child growing up in Jerusalem's Muslim Quarter, as a young man serving time  in an Israeli prison, and his growing commitment to working to find a non-violent solution to the Palestinian/Israeli conflict. This book is essential reading
