Reader recommendation: Prairy Erth

Rarely do I buy books, and usually at a library book sale. Having said that, I have accumulated three books by William Least Heat Moon, every one a winner in my "book" and all discarded or donated library copies. He has an eclectic knowledge of history and geography, making every page a learning experience and written in an engaging style. I recommend Prairy Erth, River Horse, and Road to Quoz.
