The first time I read The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich by William L. Shirer, I read it to see what happened during World War II. This time I’m reading about how it happened. Hitler published “Mein Kampf” in the 1920s. His playbook is still being used today: lies, slander, and yelling. We didn’t learn then. Can we learn now?
