I just finished reading The Lincolns: Portrait of a Marriage by Daniel Mark Epstein. It’s a true story about Abe and Mary Lincoln, giving the inside scoop of their relationship and the troubles they dealt with besides the Civil War issue. It does not go into the major details of the War but explains how their lives were affected by it. Once you start you won’t be able to put it down.
