Dishing the dirt

If you thought dishwashers were simply for getting plates, glasses, pots, pans, and silverware clean, think again.

Among the most unexpected items cleaned in a dishwasher: baby toys, baseball caps, yard tools, eyeglasses, car parts, combs, toothbrushes, pantyhose, and plastic flowers.
