Roller Derby is back. Only this time it's called RollerJam. Jerry Seltzer, whose father invented the game with Damon Runyon during the Depression, returns as commissioner of the six-team league, known as the World Skating League. Mr. Seltzer ran the Derby from 1958 to 1973, but had to shut it down because of financial woes. But as he recently commented, "The game has something that just won't die." All games are taped in a 22,000-square- foot sound stage at Universal Studios in Orlando, Fla., and air on cable station TNN on Fridays from 8 to 10 p.m.
