All Congress's laws now apply to Congress itself, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act. So far OSHA inspectors, hard at work, in the Brumidi Corridor in the Senate Wing, have found slippery floors of glazed tiles (unapproveds, oh dear!), confusing color schemes that might disorient workers, and too many paintings of white males - prompting a lack of self-confidence among minority and women staffers.
